En tant que mécène, offrez 1 workshop en ligne MAD It Up pour aider un(e) artiste à structurer et accélérer son développement et celui de son projet dans la musique, les arts et le design.

5 demi journées sur 1 mois
Format : webinaires
Session : 1h30 (avec Q&A) + 1 atelier implémentation
5 thématiques pour maîtriser le développement de son projet
Suivi sur 3 mois

Le PROGRAMME

  • I HAD A DREAM: Le talent est partout, mais il faut avoir une histoire solide et authentique à raconter! Poser son business canvas et identifier son why, ses valeurs, sa vision et sa cible.
  • JUST BEAT IT : “Muse”, produits et services évoluent dans un marché. Identifier son marché (off et online), ses concurrents, sa communauté, son réseau, ses fournisseurs et son équipe. Tester, apprendre et itérer!
  • SHOW ME THE MONEY : Définir son business model et sa scalabilité, trouver ses premiers financements (crowdfunding, BA, VC, banque, love money et subventions).
  • CAN WE JUST TALK ? : Ecouter. Parler avec du contenu qui a du sens. A défaut, rendre service, aider et améliorer. Créer des opportunités pour que d’autres parlent de vous et vous recommandent (Social, Influence, RP, Physique).
  • WORK, WORK, WORK : Convertir, monétiser,vendre, diversifier, placer ses produits et produits dérivés.

 

Le Workshop sera animé par Lise Yacoub – CEO de MAD
Co fondatrice de MAD, Lise est danseuse, passionnée de cinéma (et de chocolat!), avec plus de 18 ans d’expérience dans l’entrepreneuriat, le développement commercial et le marketing digital acquises dans la tech, le divertissement et la finance de marché.
Après avoir accompagné des sociétés dans leur développement marketing, elle se concentre sur la gestion, production et promotion des artistes, designers et jeunes marques.
